What can I expect in my monthly box?

Each box will have a monthly theme. The DIY's in the box will be at a beginner to moderate oiler level and have the DIY recipe cards for you to save and keep in your arsenal of knowledge moving forward. I will include materials and supplies to put the recipes together and as an added bonus I will be putting my monthly choice of FREE oils to put some of the DIY's together. You also are granted immediate access to our private community, “Awaken The Oiler Within”

When will I be charged every month?

After the first month of your order, your investment will be on the 5th of every month. Your subscription can be cancelled at anytime with a 30 day cancellation notice.

When will the box ship?

The boxes will start shipping the 22nd of every month.

How long do I have to commit to The Oiler Box?

You don't! It's month to month with no commitment required. We are very confident that you will be with us, as part of our family for a long time but you can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice to cancel your subscription so we don't order an excess of supplies. You can simply email info@theoilerbox.com to request cancellation.

When will I be billed for the monthly recurring subscription?

When you place your order for a monthly subscription, you will be billed for your first Oiler Box immediately. Your next billing period starts on the 5​th​ of the next month. For example, if your initial purchase was on the 10​th​ of the month, you will be rebilled on the 5th​ of the following month. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. If you have committed to a subscription period lasting longer than one month (Ex. 3 month plan, 6 month or a 12 month plan), you will automatically be charged each month during that subscription period, even if you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of that subscription period. Unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time. I your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. Please assure to keep your most recent updates payment method information on file with us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please see our full Refund Policy. Be sure to cancel BEFORE the 1st of the month (11:59pm CST on the last day of the previous month), before our monthly billing cycle and prepping your next box for shipment starts. If you cancel in the middle of your subscription you will still receive all of the boxes for the length of the contract.​ Canceling means your subscription will not renew, but if you signed up for a 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month subscription, you'll still get your month boxes. To cancel you must email us at info@boutiquebizbox.com and request cancellation in an email. No cancellations will be processed through any other communications.
